TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AURUM & IVORY

These Terms outline the agreement between you (“the client”) and Aurum & Ivory (“we”, “our”, “us”) when booking any cleaning services via our website.

1. Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to: Standard Cleans, Deep Cleans, End of Tenancy, Airbnb Turnovers, Office/Studio Cleans, Fragrance Reset, Interior Detailing, Post-Event Reset, and Laundry & Folding.

2. Quotes & Bookings

Quotes are free and personalised based on property size, requested services, and location. Minimum booking: 2 hours. Final prices are confirmed via email (hello@aurumandivory.co.uk)

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time and remove valuables or sensitive items in advance.

5. Use of Equipment

Clients may request us to bring our own equipment or opt to use theirs. This will be clarified at booking.

6. Photos for Marketing

With your permission, we may take before/after photos of the space. These will never include personal details or identifiable client information.

7. Liability

While we treat your space with utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our team.

8. Service Areas

We currently serve London and surrounding areas. For bookings outside this region, please enquire in advance.
